I think the Russian elites will cut their losses and possibly chuck Putin out of power and negotiate for a withdrawal from Ukraine. The Russian economy simply cannot take 4 more years of battering , Russian tanks are a finite quantitiy even though have lots of them, and analysts estimate by 2026 with the current loss rate vis a vis the Russian rate of tank production and refurbishment, the Russian will have a tank shortage by 2026.
