  1. well from what I read, the USA and NATO leadership threatened Russia that if nukes were used in Ukraine then NATO would actually sink the entire Russian black sea fleet for starters and use air power to support Ukrainian troops. and possible NATO troops entering Ukraine and that is just for starters. in addition the following will happne: 1. TOTAL economic sanctions on Russia, if you thought the sanctions right now is bad, they can get much worse. and other countries will be pressured to participate or get the same sanctions 2. Seizure of Russian assets not only by NATO and EU nations and their allies but other countries will be pressured to do the same. Those alone will cause an economic collapse in Russia. and not only that plus massively increased military aid to Ukraine. basically the use of nukes by Russia will make Russia lose the war in Ukraine, Russian military simply cannot stand vs. NATO and even if NATO brings its air power to aid the Ukrainains , it will be a disaster for the Russian military they will lose the war in Ukraine and in the process cause an economic collapse in Russia.
