yes good food even in Tokyo is a bit cheaper than even Vancouver Canada. Like in YOshinoya in Tokyo you could buy a large bowl of sukiyaki with a bowl of rice , small salad and raw egg,, with free all you can drink hot tea. for 624 Yen (4.22 USD). In Vancouver, Canada the same food group would cost 18 USD. (25 CAD). Back in the 1980s Japan was considred a expensive destination to go to by western countries, now its cheap. Before I remember Japanese would buy new applainces all the time if the old one had some minor defect or got too old like a year or so, they would dump their appliances in alleys and foreigners would get them fix them up a little bit then use them or resell them abroad Now nope that is not happening anymore, that is why you have Book off supermarts wall mart sized used used stores where yo ucan buy used books appliances etc.

@chingompiew1 wow crazy, yah when I was in japan for a week, I was eating yoshinoya and other Japanese fast food often. loved the taste. and yah the meatr I noticed was good until of course you tell me its the fat, wow good to know. btw, what about 7-11 food in Japan, dont tell me its unhealthy too?
