@herluisalvarado8366 USA does not need UNSC and NATO approval for anything. and Guyana is a British commonwealth nation and a OAS member that is why USA and UK will lead the way. not surprised if Australia, NZ Canada sends troops too.

@colleenpeck6347 unfortunately for maduro, that part of guyana is rich in oil and diamonds and USA and UK companies given contracts for drilling and exploitation. and USA and UK always wants to overthrow the Maduro regime, what better chance to do it.
