If they are offering that much money, to Moscow residents , you know the Russians are getting desperate for manpower. they cant get enough convicts and foreign sucker volunteers anymore since many dont want to sign up for a one way ticket to the afterlife and dont even get paid. the Russian citizens in the poor areas of Russia are not signing up anymore in large numbers again same reason, you volunteer you have a 75 percent chance of dying and your loved ones wont even get paid. Heck you wont even enjoy the money when you are dead. So now they have to pander to residents of St. Petersburg and Moscow. , Yep a good sign Moscow is near breaking point in getting suckers to fight in Ukraine.
