  1. maybe Putin may be able to stop 60 billion USD in aid to Ukraine however only in 2024. however when Biden wins the USA 2024 elections . well, it will cripple Maga. Their power in Congress will be challenged by the never Trumper reps. and the reps on the fence since they dont hve a reason to play games anymore with a biden 2nd term, Yes in 2025, the USA senate will probably pass an even bigger aid plan to Ukraine which will greatly help the Ukrainians, the taps are suddenly turned on hard with a very divided USA rep party in congress. Seeing this and the Russian economy starting to fail in 2025. the Russians will probably negotiate for a way out. esp. after a successful Ukrainian offensive in 2025. With a Biden 2nd term. I can see the war ending in either late 2025 or in 2026. Russians will cut their losses , Ukraine is not worth it when the Russians are facing economic collapse. Putin will be gone , and someone else will take over who will withdraw Russian troops from Ukraine. in exchange for lifting of all sanctions and normalized relations with the west. A biden wins means the Russians played their best hands and lost. and lost badly. Now time to cut losses and get out of the poker table.
