  1. yah Russians cant find workers despite offers of high wages since the migrants from Central Asia have bugged out of Russia and are not going to Russia for fears of getting arrested and thrown at the Ukrainians. as cannon fodder.(75 percent chance of death). The Russians have been so desperate they are fooling third world migrants suckers from Africa, India etc. into going to Russia offering them high paying jobs then get sent either to a minimum wage (200 USD per month) job at the weapons factory if you are a woman or to the Ukrainian front as cannon fodder if you are a man. A lot of them went in 2022 to 2023 but now due to the word going out they are going to get abused when they get to Russia, not paid, and thrown at the Ukrainians as cannon fodder. and also local governments round the world have prohibited their citizens from going to Russia, so this has really reduced the flow of these idiots potential foreign Russian cannon fodder. and also to the local Russians, yah they are sending their male population to fight in Ukraine, many have left or are in hiding. or faking injuries(or actually injuring themselves) or paying off the recruiters. Also the Russians economy cannot take not only a general mobilization of the Russian population but also the war continuing on for the next 4 years. despite the Chinese Indians , and Saudis bank rolling the Russians lending them lots of money and buying Russian resources.
