  1. if that is so, If Putin is saying behind closed doors that he wants total victory to outlast the west then so be it, Trump will probably massively increase weapons shipments to Ukraine possibly even bigger than what Biden sent plus pump more oil meaning , USA floods the market with so much crude oil it massively drops the price, maybe to the 20s USD levels not seen since 2020 that would be a disaster for the Russian economy. Putin is really delusional if he is thinking his economy will outlast the west. Or outlast the will of the west to keep supplying Ukraine, No western soldier is dying in Ukraine in large numbers. The Russians are the ones suffering massive casualties. in a mismanaged war. I think Trump might be more effective than Biden in economic and military terms on the Russians, since Trump is very direct at doing things.
