  3. yep, the Chinese probably made a killing selling cheapo golf carts to the Russians. however I do think there is logic here, since the golf are light enough not to trigger Ukrainian mines intended for heavier vehicles like tanks APCs, and even military jeeps. and they are cheapo electric ATVs worth around 1500 USD, Chinese probably sold them to the Russians are a much higher price.
