  1. dont think so, more bluster, according to Woodward in his latest book war, the US got intel on the Russians thinking hard of using tac nukes against the UKrainains during the Ukrainian offensive of late 2022. however the USA threatened the crap out of the Russians and scared so much they backed down. So nope using a tac nuke(s) by the Russians will trigger war with the USA and NATO. and teh Russians despite all their peacocking are really scared of NATO. esp. the Americans. and also I hear that the Russians are also afraid that the majority of their nukes might not work, so even in a nuke war, the Russians would get their asses destroyed while inflicing some hurt on the west, the west would be hurt but survive with command and control intact while Putin and Russia will lose everything.
