  2. actually the European powers must focus on neutralizing Russian power, a lot of it has already been kaput in Ukraine, Ukraine will be the anvil that Russian power is decimated, when you have the Russians properly weakened with a different gov then you will have peace in Europe Europeans dont have to rely on the Americans to protect them from a severely weakened Russia. or Russia in turmoil. Heck Ukraine would be the shield to protect Europe from a future Russian threat. if it ever happens after Russia goes into Time of troubles 2.0.
