  1. not surprised if after the war is over, the RUssian soldiers in occupied Ukraine are not allowed to go back to Russia and instead are offered land in occupied Ukraine and encouraged to settle, this will be Russia's solution to the Hundreds of thousands of Russian war vets. so they are not allowed to cause chaos in Russia proper. and also serve as a valuable defensive tool for future Ukrainian attempts to take back territory.

  2.  @dalecrocker3213  yes a Ukrainian RUssian population which now hates Russia. and the Russian soldiers deployed in Ukraine will be given cash incentives and land grants to remain in occupied Ukraine. heck even encouraged to bring their families there. Noting that these are poor Russians , they will probably take it.
