  1. well the Russians are having manpower issues themselves according to ISW the RUssians raised the sign up bonus to 1.5 million rubles or 15K USD. and still the Russians are failing recruiting quotas badly , so bad that they had to get the North koreans help them fight the Ukrainians are 2K USD per North Korean soldier per month . the Russians have suffered around 350K casualties since Jan 1 2024, making 2024 the deadliest year for the Russian army , yet the Russian army despite making gains only captured 0.5 percent of Ukraine so far while suffering 350K casualties, 10K destroyed tanks, IFVs and APCs, and the Ukrainians still hold a large part of Russian territory at Kursk and 3 months now despite Russian attempts at reconquest. the Trump win could not have come at a opportune time for the Russians. now we wait and see. whast happens in 2025.

It will be quite hilarious, if Trump does his end the Ukraine war diplomacy but plays both sides to get maximum profit for himself and his cronies of course. while the negotiations are happening fighting is still going on, while the Americans do not send free aid to Ukraine, Trump is actually convinced to allow the sale of weapons and supplies to Ukraine, via the billions the EU and allies will give to Ukraine. Trump is very much transactional and he can be tempted and bribed , so the Russians and Ukrainains will play a game of bribery with trump all the while war goes on, I think the Europeans will probably speed up their weapon transfers to Ukraine, and start buying US weapons systems supplies etc. and then tranferring them directly to ukraine esp. artillery ammo. It will be ironic that the US will send these weapons faster as they are bought directly by the EUropeans and Ukrainians, meanwhile the Russians get more frustrated by all this threatens cajoles bribes trump more. The Longer the war goes the more whacked the Russian economy is, more desperate putin becomes the more Trump elon and their cronies can milk the Russians for all they got. Also USA military arms manufactures will get pissed off if they dont profit from this war.
