Pretty sure you can't do that. That's why Congress was deciding the matter in the first place. But if it actually gets money out, fine. It's not like we've played by the rules the last 4 years anyway. This government is just sad

@jonrob4977 Why would they sue? He has the authority to extend eviction suspensions and student loan forbearance. If thats what they wanted then take it. The only way the would sue is if he did try to pass some sort of stimulus bill because by law the executive branch does not have that kind of power in financial matters like that. But since Congress knows that. Anything he does will speed things up a bit. It's just sad Congress couldn't get it done on their own.
