  1. I think i would modify your analogy of the fist and the stick. You dont necessarily have to have a stick. But......if you have a secret pair of brass knuckles that would make your conventional fist more powerful but not to the point where you could win for sure against the stick. Secret weapons do exist. But its not a level above of what already is the status quo. Cause as you stated that would spoil the purpose of deterrence. Ie the stealth blackhawks allowing a more advanced deployment of already praticed asymmetrical warefare.
