  1. But dont you initiate a investigation if you believe theres evidence of wrong doing in the first place? From a legal standpoint yes this is more serious. But its still a investigation. No charges have been filed. No evidence presented. No warrents issued. Point im trying to make is its not that big of a deal. Sure youre getting warmer but smoke doesnt always mean fire when dealing with this kind of stuff.
