  1. Well they are. Youve seen the videos of babys moving around in moms tummy looking like aliens. They are living things. They move, respond to stimuli (such as moms voice or touch), take in nutrients via the placenta, excrete waste via the placenta. They do alot of things humans do albeit in one place. They dont walk and they dont reproduce. But that still checks off a ton of boxes.

  2. While i stand by the fact that it is wrong. And still murder, there are times such as in the cases of rape victims or medical emergencies that an abortion may be the most rational decision. It its never the right decision but in certain cases it is a logical one. It is a very sad but needed provision for women living in a violent imperfect world.
