  2. I think its less the policy was wrong and more the procedure to remove it wasnt done right. From my reasearch. To quote Roberts: "We do not decide whether DACA or its rescission are sound policies,” “We address only whether the agency complied with the procedural requirement that it provide a reasoned explanation for its action. Here the agency failed to consider the conspicuous issues of whether to retain forbearance and what, if anything, to do about the hardship to DACA recipients. That dual failure raises doubts about whether the agency appreciated the scope of its discretion or exercise" Apparently there was supposed to be a replacement for it thru the Dream act or some other protective legislation. But it was never passed. So ig they feel it wasnt justified and Trumps adminstration violated the Administrative Protection Act. So you can still get rid of it. But you have to do it properly and by the book. Just because youre POTUS does not mean you magiclly can bypass the red tape. Its checks and balances.
