  2.  @CelonixCleaningServicesLLC  because of progression of time. Incubation period is 14 days after that another 7 to 8 days before hospitalization or potential death. All in all youre looking at about a 3 weeks wait. Memorial day happened a while back those are the results showing now. The riots and protests are a more recent thing. More time will have to pass before those results are seen. Not everything is instantaneous these days. Diseases work on a much slower timetable.

  3. Yes cause the population density in the south is lower than the North. Just less cities down there. Everything more spread out. So that stat makes sense. Doesnt mean things arent bad though.
