  1. Everybody deserves to feel how they feel. Theres billions of people on Earth. No one is going to react to things the same. People deserve their feelings. To have those feelings validated. To be sympathized with. To receive love and comfort. And positivity. Now we know the world doesnt distribute those things evenly. Sadly Race, wealth and culture affect this quite a bit. People including parents, spouses and friends can be judgemental and condem our reactions. But that doesnt stop us from finding people who wont do that. Theyre out there. And theyre not always locked behind the door of money for a therapist.
