  1. Yes ive fallen asleep at 7 30 the last few nights and slept till i get up for work at 6. Very unusual for me. I feel like bawling and everytime i try to cry.....i cant. I have no energy to do anything except live. I dont talk at work. Ive neglected my cats. Which NEVER HAPPENS. I dont work on my model railroad which i used too all the time and i want to.....i really want to and i cant😭😭😭 i want be productive and talkative but dealing with this depression take everything and my lack if industriousness just makes it worse.
