I know when im just sad its only for a day or so and i wake up with energy the next day. When i get depressed. Im lathargic the whole time. Barely enough energy to function and when i get home from whatever i had to do i just crawl into bed. No changing clothes, no shower. Just bed. I also dont eat. No matter what you put in front of me. And barely drink. And have ended up in the hospital before because of it. I also nap more during the day. As opposed to being sad where ill nap just after the release of emotion. Sleeping is how i respond to emotional pain.
