I mean......its possible he didn't know and thats understandable since there's probably a lot of mouths in his ear on the same subject. But the best answer would've been "I hadn't heard that from your hospital. You better believe we're gonna take care of that right away. I said I would fill all the cuboards and I'm gonna do it. We have plenty of factories that can produce masks. Well stock you guys up right away." You see you could use pretty much the exact same wording. But convey a whole different message. A positive upbuiding I'm gonna take charge of the situation one. I'd feel much better if I were the nurse after that.
