  1. He didnt get anything done. He was cordial, dignified, funny. Overall a memorable president that broke the barrier. But he didnt achieve close to what he had in mind. Obamacare failed impressively compared to what it was suppose to be. Not his fault with that gridlock known as Congress but people vote to get results. They didnt. The Politician had failed them. So they switched to another type of candidate. The Businessman. Unfortunately nobody remembered what they learned in school about the gilded age. Or about Trumps......interesting. Business History. Not to mention that Trump did it different. He didnt go after the sensible ones. His base was as uneducated, impulsive, arrogant, ignorant, selfish and heartless as he was. He didnt have supporters. He had fanactics. And thanks to keeping his name in the news with all the scandal he had exposure and say on the narrative. It was the closet thing to a nazi party since the 3rd Reich itself. What doomed 2016 and sent hs down this road was the dems decision to keep breaking ground with a female candidate. Little did they realize sexism is still a very strong thing in this country. Many people voted for Donald out of prejudice alone. Obama was the cataylst in which people realized politicians cant do anything and with how far the envelope could be pushed. And it opened the door for a man that shouldnt have been anywhere near the oval office to take the whole thing.
