Its less youre not allowed to be bias and not allowed to let your bias get in the way of examining the case. Of course everyone has their opinion. You cant stop that. But its when it clouds your judgement to the point where you refuse to look at or acknowledge the other side does it become a problem. The fact that they convicted him with unintentional manslaughter and not murder proves that most jurors were logical and took the other sides argument into account. Now if it comes out that this guy was indeed pressing for some degree of murder, THEN you have a neck to kneel on ba da dum Tisss!
