  3.  Lamestream Media  You literally used the "most of the protest was peaceful" argument and then said BLM and Antifa are violent, even though their protests were also mostly peaceful. How embarrassing for you. As for the intentions of those inside the Capitol, they attacked a police officer and fatally injured him, and one guy had hostage-taking equipment. The Republican party is the party of guns and shootin'. They made excuses for Kyle Rittenhouse. They celebrate police brutality. Why would you think they didn't have violent intentions?

  4. He seemed a little freaked out in his response. I'd believe he doesn't want the violence. But he also has a deep-seated need for approval. He doesn't want to disappoint his supporters, and he can't admit out loud that America voted him out. So you get a statement where he basically says, "The election was stolen from you, but you shouldn't do anything about it." Does anyone think that's helpful? It's just more Trump double talk, where he hints at a bad thing but technically says the good thing so he's not liable. Most of the Trump mob is going to hear the stolen election part and just wait until later to do violence. The only acceptable Trump response is one that includes something like "The election was fair", "I was lying", or "Joe Biden is the rightful President-elect". He needs to remove the motive for violence. Telling them not to do violence while explaining why they should do violence is useless.
