  1. I'm not so sure low turnout would help Republicans. Democrats are killing it in special elections, and those have low turnout. Also, a lot of the Trump support in the polls has been from detached independents who just hate that prices are high. When you narrow it down to likely voters, Biden's vote share goes up.
