  2. There's a whole variety of framings that change how M4A polls. If you say "taxes go up but you don't have premiums/deductibles/copays", the number goes back up. I think "you get to keep your doctor" is another one that raises it. From what I've seen, you can get it as low as 35% or as high as 55%. The 70% one everyone quotes includes the public option, so I don't think that one counts.
