  3. Doing things is just one part of the equation. Stopping the other side from doing what they want is equally interesting. The reason Republicans have to do abortion bans at a state level is that they don't control Congress. The reason the Court was able to overturn Roe is that Trump put 3 judges in instead of Hillary. We should be trying to put forward the best Democrats in the primaries, but electing any Democrat to prevent a Republican being elected is legitimately important.

  4. He wants individuals to decide how to handle abortions. That's the actual pro-freedom stance. The federal government forcing states to respect individual rights is pro-freedom.
