  1. "level of sophistication required of a robot that would replace me is pretty high" that's only a problem when humans are designing the robots. We're going to get AI to do CAD work too, don't worry about that.

  2. They don't forget that, their next step is training all the workers to be programmers, so they can pay way less to programmers by inflating the market with lots of programmers.

  3.  @JohnSmith-dp2jd  I love automation, as a programmer I don't care it literally takes more time to automate something than just doing it. That's what a programmer does, it automates. Doing things manually, meh.
