That's the same problem, but instead of being unable to abstract, you're unable not to abstract and can't see anything literally. You have a problem concretizing.
I know because I seem to be autistic too, and I love abstraction. But then I have to do things in the real world, the other day I was doing exercises, and the trainer said, move your legs here, and I was thinking what muscles should I move, and what angle, and if this bone has to be pointed in that direction, and if I was doing the exercise correctly. Then I remember, you're abstracting too much, shut up and just move your darned leg, I was not able to do a concrete action because I couldn't see it and my brain was flooding with all the possible actions, and my leg was not moving. Then I finally realized, shut up that part of the brain that does abstract thinking, just look at the person, monkey see, monkey do, your cerebellum does that automatically for you.
