  4. As a computer programmer and someone who believes in logic, I hate the wrong way they use the terms. There's no such a thing as non-binary, everything is binary, that's the irony. The Niquist theorem allows us to convert any analog signal to a binary signal. With enough bits you can represent any number of categories. But there are still 2 biological sexes, because we are dimorphic animals. You can't say there are more biological sexes just because the number 3 exists, that makes no sense whatsoever.
