This doesn't solve the problem. throwing out the food isn't the problem. Logistics is the problem, people don't have food because food production was centralized, we need small scale food production near where people need it.

The neuronal model is the wrong abstraction. You start as a group of 400 cells and they're able to build an entire human. DNA is not a blueprint, its self-modifying code, intelligence is already there, which is way more powerful than anything a digital computer can do. (modern computers abhor that because the programmers can't program such kind of code)
