  2. not really. A neutron has its own setup, and also by that logic, a hydrogen atom is a neutron. It isn't, proof: There are H- and H+ ions.

  5. If you look at a periodic table, you can see the atomic number. For many, in fact most, elements, there are far more neutrons = protons. Also, ions exist. Ions are atoms where the overall charge is not neutral because the amount of electrons differs from the amount of neutrons. And Many More!
