  1.  @GuerreroDelArcoIris  That's what I thought till one day in the 1970s during an affair with an English foreign student doing postgrad research here in Texas. She spent the whole day creating the soup and then chilling it. I thought I was going to hate it till she served it up that evening and wow! 1) It was REALLY tasty and 2) It was spiced so hot I couldn't have gotten it down if it had come fresh off the stovetop. So yeah, I like my soup hot too but gazpacho IS hot, even though it comes out of the fridge.
