In simple terms I’ve always viewed it as a “ Shooting yourself in the foot “ policy . Years ago The DEA may have had some merit , but now with the technology that we have today to prevent diversion there is no need for this Tyranny anymore . It will take over fifty years to make a little progress in improving the human condition , this is where we must start … before it’s too late .
