  1. Has Eugenics ever really left ? It’s clear to me that drug Prohibition and the war on drugs started out as a Eugenics policy - President Nixon corrupted this policy for political malevolence. As the law of unintended consequences governs the Human Condition , The original Drug war Eugenics policy has had a decidedly Dysgenic outcome .

The argument that I unfortunately don't have the academic wherewithal to articulate to maximum effect is : That once you go down the ' rabbit hole ' of the unintended consequences of the war on drugs , it ultimately leads to a Failed State and Civilizational Collapse. Sure it starts with racial injustice and mass incarceration , then you have predatory policing and structurally unsound Health Care , all the while a Fifty year slow rolling Holocaust of historical proportions ( should you run the numbers ) , throw in the myriad Of perverse incentives truncating Political dissent , human potential and imagination ; which incurs societal de-evolution .... Well .. The Rabbit Hole inevitably leads to the State Of Affairs we have today today : A financially bankrupt failed state and rest of Western Civilization teetering into the brink of historical oblivion .
