Or as Dr. Milton Friedman had asserted , decades ago : The weight of the Moral Hazard of Drug prohibition rests on the government more so then the user . Naturally , those of the ' anointed class ' will continue to blame the drugs themselves . It was Nietzsche who warned : " To not fight with monsters too long or you will become one " . America has been in a state of moral hazard , and this state of moral hazard has so permeated every strata of the society , it is now the air we breathe - We no longer recognize Our own de-evolution .

When a governments main obsession is the content of its citizens blood instead of the content of its citizens character ; when a government is in Constitutional and psychotic violation of its citizens most intimate body parts , this is the result .
