Israel has offered the Palestinians full independence in Gaza and most of the West Bank as a Palestinian State several times over the years but they keep turning it down because they refuse to acknowledge Israel's right to exist and they refuse to give up claim to all of Israel. I used to sympathize with the Palestinians until I found out out they had been offered independence numerous times but they refused any compromise. After watching Palestinian civilians celebrate over the dead body of that nearly naked German girl and abuse her corpse any bit of sympathy I had for them is gone, as far as I am concerned Israel can wipe Gaza off the map.
