I have no idea if Russia did interfere in the Romanian election but one must acknowledge the fact Russia has been interfering in everything in its neighboring countries for the last 500 years from invasions to assassinations to ballot stuffing. They absolutely did interfere in the recent Moldovan election by spending millions through their known ethnic Russian proxies on a propaganda fear campaign and only lost by the skin of their teeth. In Georgia's recent election there was open ballot stuffing and intimidation of poll workers by paid thugs, they were so blatant they were filmed many times, there was also a black clad Antifa like thug army that invaded the opposition party HQ on election day just to intimidate the opposition, they jailed the opposition party's former Prime Minister and denied him medical care. People admitted to being paid to vote a certain way in poor rural areas and they did this all through a billionaire oligarch proxy, so do not just dismiss claims Russia interfered in a Eastern European country, you have 500 years of evidence suggesting they may very well have. By the way remember the incident where two Chechen illegals working for a utility contractor were caught spying on a US Special Forces Colonel in North Carolina and when confronted one attacked forcing the Colonel to shoot him, they worked for a laughably obvious Russian run front company, take a look at their website, the area also had a couple of power outages caused by someone who knew exactly what to damage at a substation, so Russia is spying on US soldiers and sabotaging infrastructure.
