  2. Legally Kamala can get her hands on the $300 million or so in Biden-Harris campaign funds but it would be a long legal challenge for another Dem to do so. If they boot Kamala they are going to lose a huge chink of the Black female vote.

They just lost Wisconsin and Nevada because its too late to remove Joe from the ballot and put someone else on, Wisconsin has consistently been the swing state the Dems were closest in so this kills them, GOP can just move that $ and effort to places like PA, Virginia and Minnesota. I am not sure but I think Georgia may be the same, too late.
