  1. LA and SF are in the same state under this proposal I believe, basically Coastal Cali although it goes up river and includes Sacramento. S cali is San Diego, Orange County, Fresno up to about Yosemite then its very rural N Cali largest city like Redding, two red states one very blue very urban state. It will probably pass in 2 out the 3 areas but fail big time in urban authoritarian leftist Cali
