Antifa and BLM came down from Portland to rural Southern Oregon for protests in a couple small towns, they were met with a mob (many armed) and they only survived because the local police saved them, other things happened but I will not mention that, lol. By the way there are a series of books about Douglas County in Southern Oregon's "Cold Case Cowboys" retired LEO's that investigate all the missing persons (true story), first case they solved was a rapist who went missing, victims family had rock solid alibi, turns out it was just a good citizen who dealt with the problem. Small town Vermont may not be the same but large areas are still the same.
