  2. The last Dem internal polling leak supposedly had Trump leading in Virginia, New Jersey and Minnesota by small margins, tied in New Mexico, behind by just 2% in Colorado and just 5% in Oregon if I recall correctly.

  4. Guaranteed he has in Virginia and they have a solid GOP AG. Several years ago he did another political prosecution of the then GOP Governor, I believe the motivation was to destroy him politically so he could not run for Senate, if I recall a higher court determined the charges were not even a crime.

  7. Well they sentenced people to years in prison for questionable trespass charges so for a DC jury that should be enough for a five year sentence for a Republican.

  10. Smith has spent his entire career as a Dem Party political assassin, going after Republican politicians and rogue Democrats as well. He has cases overturned by SCOTUS by 9-0, almost unheard of, once the court decided his charges were not even a crime! His goal against his targets has never been to get a guilty verdict, that would just be a bonus, its to destroy the oppositions political career and it usually works except against Trump.
