I worked at a Federal LE Agency and was trained in VIP protection, NO ONE is that incompetent, this was INTENTIONAL "incompetence". Leave the door open and hope a bad guy walks in, or in this case someone probably had intel the kid was going to try so the door was left wide open for him. FYI the police did radio in about a reported shooter on the roof on a Tac channel that everyone was supposed to be monitoring in addition to their main channel but apparently it fell on deaf ears with the SS. Also since the SS was without a drone they could have borrowed one from one of the two regional SWAT teams there but they never asked, every SWAT team in America has at least one drone.

The one person that HAD to be involved in the intentional "incompetence" leaving the door open though was the Field Agent in Charge, without their cooperation/decision making that building would have never been left unguarded, we need to find out who that is.

FYI sound analysis shows shots from four different distances, from about 400 feet (the kid), the distance of the counter sniper on the barn, 800 feet which just happens to be the water tower where terrible video appears to show an individual and 1400 feet which is the last shot (I would love to see from which direction the kid was actually shot from). All this said Trump was hit from the direction of the kid from one of the first shots which were from 400 feet or so. Either the SS had more counter snipers than they are admitting to for security reasons or there were some attempted shenanigans. You can find a good analysis on YT at Legally Armed America who went through the distances and the potential lines of sight for a shot.
