  1. The three names being mentioned for Kamala's running mate are Governor Beshear of Kentucky, Governor Shapiro of Pennsylvania and Senator Warner of Virginia. All three are pushed by the media as centrists. Shapiro could help win Pennsylvania and hold on to Jewish voters. Warner they hope could help hang on to Virginia. Beshear I think is a compromise because losing Warner's Senate seat for Virginia or losing the next Governor's race in Pennsylvania would be obviously bad for Dems but with Kentucky they will lose anyway.
