Trump did cause did deflation because of mass oil and gas production, not only was fuel cheaper but delivery costs, energy costs for production etc so prices on many products dropped, especially food. We need that again, especially in housing but the only way that happens is getting interests WAY down. Right now in my area it costs on average around $7000 just to get into a rental house, first and last months rent plus deposits and I do not live in a big city.
