  2. Average pick up in the House is 35 seats when the President has a approval rating below 50%, Biden is WAY below 50%, Obama lost over 60 seats in 2010. This is the kind of year where the Republican is leading for Governor in Oregon and dead even in New York! Anything less than 40 seats would be a huge under performance.
