  2. All true except for Russia prefers a Winter war since the ground is frozen tanks etc do not get stuck in mud, the entire Eurasian plain turns into a Spring mud pit, you can see that now with the early Spring in parts of Ukraine that tanks are getting stuck and abandoned.
