  3. Yes all good questions although I believe the black SUV's slow roll by of the site was more than 5 minutes earlier. Police checked, no flight plan a complete ghost, obviously no NG helo involved in rescue or aid operations is going to do any of these things.Unmarked helos which are normally illegal are either special operations (highly unlikely here) or military contractors working for one of the three letter agencies.

I have worked around helos for decades they knew exactly what would happen, its helo operations 101 and he reaped his actions! This was a unmarked helicopter, only special forces and private military contractors are allowed to get away with that although even then its technically illegal. These guys knew exactly what they were doing and who were the jerks in the blacked out black SUV's that did the slow roll drive by of the site that security spotted about 45 minutes before this.
